Bylaws
Guest Policy
Members may bring a spouse and/or guests in accordance with the privileges of their specific membership level. There is no limit on the number of times a guest may visit the Club; however, the number of guests permitted at any one time is determined by the member’s membership level. Members are solely responsible for the conduct of their guests, and a member’s continued membership is contingent upon appropriate guest behavior.
Private Events
Brima Reserve reserves the right to periodically close all or a portion of the Club for private events, including events hosted by corporate members. Private events must be scheduled and confirmed a minimum of fourteen (14) days in advance to allow adequate notice to all members. Members will be notified of any scheduled closures in advance, and such closures shall not constitute a breach of membership privileges.
Membership Approval & Termination Membership
Membership acceptance is subject to the sole and absolute discretion of the Club’s ownership. Ownership may suspend or terminate any membership at any time, for any reason or no reason, and without notice or explanation.
Cancelation Policy
To cancel a membership, the member must submit written notice to the Club no fewer than ninety (90) days prior to the applicable renewal date. Absent such notice, the membership shall automatically renew for the next term, and all renewal fees shall be non-refundable.
Acknowledgement
By accepting membership in the Social Club, the member agrees to be bound by these Bylaws and to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the values and principles of the Club. Ownership retains the sole and absolute right to amend these Bylaws at any time in furtherance of the Club’s best interests.
You can choose to be billed annually or monthly, and they will start the day of grand opening.
The Initiation fee is only refundable if we do not get enough pre-construction applicants.
Initiation fee is due within 14 days of being accepted for membership.
Private membership has 24 hour access.

Our capacity for membership is currently accepting 50 members total. The first 20 pre-construction will receive a personal locker for clubs and bottles. We strive to maintain a cozy and intimate atmosphere for our members and their spouse/guest.

Meet-ups
Monthly meet ups are a chance for members to get together to socialize, network, and just relax in private setting. We even have wine nights just for ladies to get together.
